Blanka was shot by a half-Swedish white supremacist who convinced himself that she had stolen an electronic notebook. Apparently the notebook contained information that he would need to escape to South Africa in an attempt to escape prosecution for an earlier murder in Sweden. Given that the killer did not confront her until two weeks after the supposed theft, the odds are high that the idiot simply lost the notebook on his own.
