Khursheva Sultonova

February 9, 2004

Khursheva Sultonova, her father, and her cousin were attacked by a pack of neo-Nazis in St. Petersburg. The Nazis had bats, chains, and knives, and all that was missing was someone to try to kill.

The unusual bravado in attacking when there were only seven Nazis against a family of three can be explained by the fact that Khursheva's cousin was eleven and she was only nine.

Her cousin escaped. Her father was severely wounded, but lived.

Khursheva did not.
