Stephane Etibako

May 15, 2006

When a swastika-tattooed Nazi feared that Stephane's elder brother would cooperate in the investigation of a couple stabbings, the Nazi decided that the best plan was to set Stephane's house on fire.

In the end, the fire that murdered Stephane wound up assuring the Nazi a much longer sentence than he'd have gotten for the stabbings alone.

Stephane was only eight.
