Aleksander was murdered when a fascist politician attacked a summer camp in an attempt to terrorize Norwegians into letting him dictate their immigration policy. He may, perhaps, have failed to notice that the Norwegian resistance remained operational when LITERALLY HITLER invaded. If the Luftwaffe couldn't keep the Norwegians down, what hope did one guy with a gun have? Unfortunately for Aleksander, the thug was too stupid and too crazy to realize his actions would serve only to embarrass his political allies.
The terrorist posted a gigantic, incoherent, and heavily plagiarized manifesto, accompanied by a collection of publicity shots showing him wearing an assortment of medals (awarded for being the high bidder in auctions, or possibly in some cases for clicking 'buy it now' - the record is unclear.).
The terrorist pretended to be part of a group called the 'Knights Templar', though law enforcement found no evidence that it actually existed at the time.
Today, Aleksander's killer languishes in prison, where he will spend the remainder of his life. He sometimes pretends to be leader of the Knights Templar, but as he isn't allowed communication with the outside world this larping is futile.
