Makram Ali had fallen in the street when he was run over by a terrorist attempting a mass casualty terror attack. While the attacker did not manage the death toll he was hoping for, he did manage to kill Makram.
The terrorist was convicted in 2018 and sentenced to spend 43 to life in prison.
