Josef Neumann died of injuries sustained in a December 28 machete attack.
The political motives behind the attack are unclear. The case is still open. The accused appears to have been influenced by both Black Hebrew Israelite and Nazi propaganda. Unsurprisingly, he was not sane enough to stand trial the last time he was evaluated by a judge.
